Xbox Live Storage for Captures stuck at 100% after deletiing items

To be able to help you out, we need to gather some more information about this issue. You are having 100% usage on your local captures, or that would be for your captures in the Xbox Live cloud/servers?

Just delete captures older then 100 days then you'll never have a full storage

Something is definitely going on. Xbox Support needs to acknowledge this. Game captures stored in the cloud are corrupt and can't be deleted or viewed.

When viewing the captures, there is the option to choose between local storage and on Xbox Live. If the captures are not on either, then they are most likely gone.

"We’re updating GameDVR (“Captures”) storage policies to help ensure you’ve got access to the Captures that matter most. Starting Monday, October 29, we’ll be doubling the amount of Xbox Live Captures storage offered to all Xbox Live members. With this
change, content previously captured that’s 90 days or older with no views will be automatically deleted and moving forward, content over 30 days with no views will be automatically deleted to ensure we’re helping you store the content that matters most. If
