XBOX LIVE STILL DOWN

So xbox live is supposedly back up and I shoukd be able to play my downloaded games but I keep getting the msg saying services are experiencing issues...

Ive gone to xbox.com/support and it says everything is working. My internet connection is good on my other devices and when testing network connection thats when I get the error msg. Also xbox.com/xboxone/teredo whatever that means. Was anyone able to fix
this?

Try clearing the System Cache.

I'm sorry to hear about the persisting issue. The first thing I would like to check is if it gives any certain error messages in regards to your NAT usually a TEREDO message tends to affect our multiplayer connection as it affects the NAT type.

Could you please go to your Network settings and Test multiplayer connection. If this give you an error message please follow the instruction on this article:

"I get an error message when I run the 'Test multiplayer Connection' on Xbox One"

Sometimes all you need is to power cycle console. Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

this is the result. my wireless conection Is working fine on other devices and Im logged into my account just not connected to Live if that helps at all.

 

Have you tried deleting your account from your xbox and then adding it again? That often sorts the issue.

Thanks for the swift reply! Now, Have you attempted to power cycle your Xbox and restart your router? I know you mention that the network is good on other devices but for some reason there's interference between the network and the console.

To perform a power cycle reset, follow these steps:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for five minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.
   
2. Restart your Xbox One console:
   1. Press the Xbox button
      to open the guide.
   2. Select Settings.
   3. Select Restart console.
   4. Select Yes to confirm.
      
      Note If you’re unable to access the guide, or if the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the
      Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the
      Xbox button on the console again to restart.
3. After five minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
   
4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
   

Also, I don't want to come off as rude I love all the tips and trick you guys provide but since there's current network issues I wouldn't recommend to remove the profile as it could be an issue to re-download it due to network problems. Once the network
is secure you are more than welcome to attempt to remove the profile if needed.
