Xbox live step it up!

I've been banned over some good running his mouth to me. As a member of Xbox live since it came out I am very disappointed that I have been banned over something so small and diligent. You really need to figure this out because as a very dedicated Xbox live
member getting bated by some little kid who can' keep his mouth shut. Very unfair and very unprofessional

i know this topic has been rehashed a million times but........I am missing playing xbl with my friends that ive met gaming on there for the past few years. Sadly xbox will not get their act together so Im forced to play ps3 because of dc universe. I prefer
xbox but im even wasting my premium bf3 account because nothing is more fun and addictive than mmorpg gaming. Microsoft you have too much damn money to not have 1 decent mmorpg for us. Now all my money is going to my legendary account on dc universe and this
comes from a ps3 hater. Ive had the system for 2 years and didnt still dont own a game for it. Copy the whole damn game set up from free to play to premium and legendary accounts if you have to. Id like to enjoy my 360 again!!!!!!!

It does not matter who started if you violate the code of conduct which can be found here Microsoft’s Code of Conduct Explained for Xbox Live Customers then your account is subject to enforcement action.

If it does happen in the future the best thing to do is to report the other player then block and mute them and to not say anything back to them.

If you feel that you should not have been suspended and the suspension qualifies you can file for a case review by going to enforcement.xbox.com

This is the only way to get the suspension lifted sooner the enforcement team does not monitor these forums.

here is what you don't get one as steel mentioned it doesn't matter who started it anyone who violates the terms of use is also punishable if reported

Everyone is equal.in the eyes of the enforcement team

That's means if you retaliate in anyway that violates the terms of use it doesn't matter as you aren't immune to the rules common man use common sense.

First of all all corporations are evil, let me just get that out of the way. Im just responding to people, that are not in it for gaming, just for the support of a company. Like I said, to the guy who want M$ to make profit, M$ will just take that profit
and line their pockets. I know a guy, whose daughter got cancer, when he reported it to the insurance company, they dropped him, why because he missed a payment 2 months ago, his daughter died.

When you get a serous illness, insurance companies will look for any reason not to pay for it, did you know that before Merrill Lynch went bankrupt, their CEO gave himself a 20m bonus, I bring this up because it pains me to see these kids talk about M$,
or Sony for that matter like they are their buddies, and would do anything for them. Thats all, buy what ever console you want, I give 2 shits, im getting an xbone too, but M$ is not your friend... period!
