Xbox live stealing my money

So I decided that I would check my bank statements today and its crazy because to my discovery i found out that microsoft xbox live here is taking my money and it looks like they are double charging me here and there and on top of that I recently canceled
my monthly subscription fee and they charge me once again so I log in to see if they gave me another month of gold since they charged and GUESS WHAT!?! No gold and there's still an option to renew? I really hate calling the number because last time I did they
called me a liar even though my bank statements clearly show they are charging me more than they should be......

Whats going on xbox live? I knew you guys were money hungry but not enough to steal from a loyal customer who's been on gold since my teenage years(with multiple accounts) and im an adult now....*** i dont even want to mention how many poorly designed xbox
360's i went through and stuck around with the xbox name but after this I don't know if I can trust this company....Playstation4 might be calling my name

Contact Us | Xbox Support When you buy gold from Xbox it does warn you that auto-renewal will be turned on so you will continue to be billed unless you turn it off.

Xbox has stolen 39.99 from my bank on a closed account with no authorisation from me.

Customer service lie about closing your account and removing bank details and continue to steal money customer service as useless

 

Unfortunately no one from Microsoft or Xbox Customer Service will see your post. You only option is to call the customer support number and explain to them your situation.

Contacting support is the only thing you can do if you want something done about this. If you don't want to call them you can use the online chat option.

As well as referencing your bank statement, you should also use the information in your account's purchase history. The reason you should do this is because Xbox Support will have access to that information, but they won't have
access to your bank information. You can use the purchase history to show Xbox Support the exact points where you were overcharged.

Here is where to access your purchase history;

• Click on "My Account" on the top of this page.
  
• Under "Billing", select "See all transactions at Commerce.Microsoft.com
  
• Go through the list to find the overpayments.
  

 

Well I called the number and guess what?!? I'm the liar even though my bank statements clearly show they double charged and the lady on the phone even read off one of the double charges and then told me they wouldn't refund. Oh the funny thing to so eeveryone
remember this JUST BECAUSE YOU CANCEL AUTO-RENEW YOU DONT CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION lol I dont get that at all what the heck is the point of giving me the option to cancel

last thing I even told them that if you weren't going to refund me at least give me the months of gold you double charged me for and nope so i asked for the supervisor and she said no there isn't anyone to transfer you to

if your paying with a credit card dispute the charges, for a debit card I don't own one so I don't know how that works.

 

What does PlayStation gonna do to you, will it really solve your problems?
