I got one month of the Xbox gold live suscription and It was only supposed to charge $9 on my account but it’s been taking $9 out of my account every month for the past 2 months and I have not been using it due to not knowing it was still on because I did
not order month by month and I want my money back but I am getting no help here.

if your paying with a credit card dispute the charges, for a debit card I don't own one so I don't know how that works.

Xbox has stolen 39.99 from my bank on a closed account with no authorisation from me.

Customer service lie about closing your account and removing bank details and continue to steal money customer service as useless
