    Xbox Live Status


    Sent my xbox in for a repair, been having a very difficult time with my xbox one x. I finally get it back everything's going fine for about a day and now for about a week I haven't been able to connect to xbox live. I can't get into anything, no games,
    no store, only settings. I know my xbox live subscription doesn't expire till January of 2019. This is getting very frustrating. Is something going on?

    Try clearing the cache of the console by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds .

    Retry afterwards .

    Have you checked the Xbox live status for your region? The Xbox Live servers are always down for some reason or another. Try
    support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status for information on the status of Xbox Live in your area.
