    Xbox Live status showing service alert.


    Good morning, in my internet connection test the live status is showing service alert activated, but in the Xbox Service Alert site is showing that is everything ok, anyone have a solution for this problem?

    Hi

    There is a service alert right now for Achievements showing on the Xbox Live status page, I would allow this service alert to be resolved to see if it also fixes the problem you are experiencing.

    Go to the settings of your Xbox 360.

    In the network settings do a connection test to Xbox Live.

    At what point does the connection test to Xbox Live fail?

    Do you get an error message or error code?

    Service status shows that there are no service alerts at https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

    If there are service alerts in your region, then you will have to wait for it to be fixed.
