Xbox live status not working

    Xbox live status not working


    I just got the Xbox live gold subscription and it's allowing me to get the games with gold but not allowing me to access any other features of the gold subscription such as make a party or play online and it says on my xbox that i do have th esubscription
    but still not working and i have messaged xboxsupport over twitter an d they haven't gotten back and its been quite a bit of time and i was wondering how to get it fixed.
