    Xbox Live Status Displays as Unknown


    Greetings, I’m having an issue now since this afternoon where my xbox live status on my profile dispays as unknown. I am unable to go online and remain offline. Before you ask I have:

    1. Reset my xbox by pushing down the power button for about 10 seconds. Then removing the power cord for another 30 seconds. Then restarting the xbox

    2. Swapped from a wireless connection to a wired now.

    3. Attempted to sign in using another xbox.

    4. Hard Reset my xbox. First by removing my account from the system. Then resetting through system settings.

    None of the troubleshoots seem to work. I’m at loss. Which is why I’m lead to assume it might be an xbox live server side issue. To note, I can see my friends but they can’t see me. Also I can able log in via the xbox app on my phone. As a closing note,
    I’ve also checked my xbox privacy settings and that doesn’t seem to be the issue. Anyways any feedback or suggestions to resolve this issue is welcomed.

    Normally your can see the service status of xbl there. At the moment there are some issues on xbl so it may be that the one is not able to read the status and display it right now.

    The status displayed there is the same you get more detailed at
    support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status

    Yea it's not displayed on "Service status." It must be something serious if they are not updating Xbox live's status.

    If so, what is it.

    XBOX live status is displaying all ok.

    Edit.. Just tried xbox live status again and its not loading.
