Xbox live sorta down.

I tried playing on my Xbox 360, Destiny to be specific, but it said I couldn't connect to the servers and booted me off live as soon as I started the game. I looked at the service, and it said it was offline:

I left, and when I came back 4 hours later, it logged me into live and all my friends were in a party. When I tried to join, it booted me off live again and I checked the site, it said it was still down, yet they are able to play games. Is Xbox live really
down or is it just my WiFi?

Xbox Live members with 10 year tenure: did you get one of these?

I signed up for XBL day one & have been gold ever since.

I haven't received a xbox & probably won't.

Sorta wish I wouldn't have found out about it. It's a bit of a let down.

Now if one shows up on my doorstep I'll change my tune

I also got the 500 points or whatever it was at the xbox live is five.

Sorry to hear that you're having issues. Can you try powercycling your modem/router to see if that helps at all with your connection?

Down right now for me in the UK. "some xbox live content is currently unavailable"

I've done all the troubleshooting suggestions. Might just be server maintenance. Will check back later. I'm in the preview programme, so occasional connection issues are expected.

Somehow, one shot kills make the game sorta boring. Most of my targets get knocked down with one shot and never even see me.

I have this issue too sorta im able to connect to xbox live but unable to stay connected to parties or games for more than a few minuets someone needs to get on this now!
