    Xbox Live Solitaire Collection Klondike no longer works properly since last update


    Klondike is broken since the last update. Draws 3 cards each time. Is excruciatingly SLOW. Additionally, often I am unable to move the entire stack using the touchscreen and need to use the touchpad instead. What a drag! Please, fix it ASAP. My son and
    I are having cross-country competition between the two of us and now we are both very frustrated with the newest (useless) version.

    When I open the Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is no Solitaire. I see 5 other games, Free Cell, Spider, TriPeaks, Pyramid & Klondike. How do I add Solitaire?

    Why do you allow Phishing advertising on your platform and in your products?

    Was the game that had the advertisement Microsoft Solitaire Collection, or was it just titled Klondike? If the game was just Klondike, then that has nothing to do with Microsoft/Xbox. Only Microsoft Solitaire Collection does. You can also report the game on the Microsoft Store page under Additional Information by selecting Report This Product.

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection - Go Back To Old Games

    Hi

    The old basic card games are all still there. When you first start solitaire collection

    On the left hand side of the screen are the 3 basic games of Klondike solitaire,

    Free cell solitaire and spider solitaire plus a couple new ones. You do not have to

    Play the Daily Challenges or the star collection if you don't want to.

    Microsoft Puzzles Premium Subscription

    Mine does this too. I closed it and opened Microsoft Solitaire Collection, plated one game of Klondike then closed it and restarted Jigsaw,,, now loading premium OK again!!

    I am having the same problem with all my Xbox games on Windows 10, except the Xbox Live game Solitaire Collection. Jigsaw, Sudoku, Mahjong, and Jackpot no longer signon to Xbox. However, I can signon to Xbox.com with no problem. This has been going on since
    the first week of January. Had no problems until then and I was playing the games every day last year...
