Xbox live social/ party chat is down

all my friends list is offline just as it was yesterday but it comes back for 30 seconds every now and again, its not just me its my mates who are online as well.

we cant talk in party chat or in any games.

I don't speak French to well but my guess is that there is a problem with your teredo. To check this open the xbox app > settings > network. if it says connected to internet but xbox live or teredo blocked/unavailable please go to this article and follow

This is a Xbox service issue. I don't believe there is anything on your end you can do. This issue should be fixed soon. Xbox does not like to leave it's service down. I you continue to have this issue please post a new thread or contact xbox support
