    Hi All,

    I'm trying to create an XBox Live account for my daughter and keep gettint this message. I tried yesterday and assumed that it was a temporary service issue but I've tried again today and get the same message. It happens right at the end of the process after
    you enter card details.

    I've tested the connedtions and it passes the tests and says connected to Xbox Live.

    I'm using a wired connection.

    Is there a current issue causing this or anyone know how to resolve it?

    I can't sign in .

    It says "Xbox live signup is currently unavailable. Please try again later" every time i try to recover my gamertag.

    Check the Service status page to determine whether there's a current problem with the app or with Xbox Live. If there is a service alert, wait and try again later.
