xbox live signing in and out (conection problem)

hello! my xbox keeps signing me out everytime i enter a game or just all of a sudden, it is very frustrating, it is very normal at first then it gets laggy, it kicks me off a lobby and then it signs me out whether it is gta 5 or cod ghosts or even on the
youtube app, and it keeps doing this all the time even when i am the only one connected to the internet of the place. i re downloaded my account, restored factory defaults on the network settings and nothing so far I really need help im struggling.

I can't connect to xbox live

I can't connect to xbox live, but the test of the conections says no problem and the conection is ok.

But when I try to enter the xbox live profile, is still a lot of time and never connects.

i have a modem and i try to conected to xbox LIVE i use a cable i conect the modem to the xbox when i try to do test conection its show that

network conection are fine but when its cheak internet conection its faild and show error "there is a problem with your conection".

hello, what kind of router are you useing? and what speed connection? wired or wireless?

 

cisco gateway tcp 2425 and 10mbps as far as I'm aware it's not a bad connection and i am aware i live with other people that connect around 10 devices to it, but i play at late night to avoid this issue of of obvious slow internet but still it affects me
often

 

Hi, may I suggest you try deleting your profile again, clear the system cache
three times in a row, power the xbox off and back on and then download your profile again. I have seen that fix some issues with getting signed out of Live randomly.
