Discus and support Xbox Live Signin Error Code - 0x800488fc in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; when attempting to sign in to xbox live i get the error code 800488fc xbox live status shows all is up. restarted xbox twice. fully powered down....     Xbox Live Signin Error Code - 0x800488fc


    when attempting to sign in to xbox live i get the error code 800488fc

    xbox live status shows all is up.

    restarted xbox twice.

    fully powered down. unpluged xbox. waited 30 seconds. plugged back in and reattempted.

    restarted my router twice.

    change my DNS from defaults to openDNS and Back.

    not sure what cause is as it is not even listed in xbox error status codes

    Having the same issue as well, played fine about an hour and a half ago, shut off my xbox, came back to play some more, now I have this error.

    THERE IS NOTHING ON YOUR END THAT CAN BE DONE TO FIX IT, XBOX IS WORKING OUT THE SERVER ISSUE. XBOX IS SAYING ITS A SERVER UPDATE....
