Xbox live sign up not working

can anyone help please. I have been trying to sign my step daughter up for xbox live but everytime it gets to the last section on creating account I get the same error message time and time again. It keeps saying xbox live sign up is not available now. Please
try again later.

I have been trying for weeks and it still comes up with same message. I have tried doing it on her console and tried mine but both give the same message.

Please help.

BETA SIGN UP NOT WORKING!

Well i signed up for the public beta that bring internet explorer, but i didnt get an email saying im in like it said it would also im sure im registered cause it says remove and add to dashboard on xbox.com/beta on the top left it says i need to redeem
a code to get it and i didnt recive a code and i need help please send me another email at

Please dont post personal info such as Emails. They can be used to harm you

For a day and a half the product keys were not working, Try it now as the Product keys are available and wait maybe 1-2 bussiness days and you will get a update on your xbox 360, It took 2 hours for me to get the update so 1-2 days isn't really accurate
so it just matters when it goes through on microsofts side,
