Xbox Live Sign up currently unavailable...HELP

So I was trying to buy the Weaponized 1 15 DLC Camo For BlackOps 2, and It said I didnt have permission to buy it on that account, then My dad logged in and gave me permission, but still didnt work, So he kicked me out of the Family System and When I tried
to login it said that I had to choose a new Microsoft Account or Play Offline, but then I tried to make one and after accepting the terms and conditions, an Error popped up saying ''Xbox Live Sign up currently unavailable, Please try again Later.'' This
happened yesterday (03/09/2014) and Its not solved yet, I tried to contact xbox on twitter but they are not answering, so I went to Youtube and searched up the problem, and It told me to Delete my Profile and Clear Cache, so I did it and it still didnt work...
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!

I've been trying to sign my son's profile up to live for the last 3 months, each time after entering all the details it says 'live sign up currently unavailable' please can someone help me?!?!

 

Hi Flipay it could be possible that at the time you tried to sign up their could of had been a problem with the Xbox live service you should keep trying I know how you feel I had the same problem on my first sign up then I just kept trying and trying and
it worked I hope this helps you to.
