xbox live sign in trouble

i cant sign into xbox live and when i try to test the network connection a message pops up and says to make sure the ether net cable is plugged in both the router and console, and both are. i tried rebooting the internet and xbox but no such luck with that,
hell i even tried a different ether net cable ... i have no idea what else to do.

Sorry to hear the sign in trouble. Just so I can clarify, your husband is having trouble signing in with their Xbox Live Profile while you're having trouble staying signed into YouTube? What is the error when you try to sign into Xbox Live exactly?

Is anyone else having trouble with xbox live?

I try signing in but then it tells me it can't. Then I look at my network and it says I'm connected but "service info is unavailable."

Just wondering if anyone else is having problems.

 

Xbox sometimes gives you logical steps.... unplug your Ethernet cable from your Xbox and router for 30 seconds reconnect it and wait another 30 seconds then restart the connection test and hopefully that should work

 

It won't let me test the connection

 

#1 RESTART XBOX

OR

#2 PUT ALL CONTENT OR CONTENT YOU CANT LIVE WITHOUT ON DIFFERENT HDD AND FORMAT CURRENT ONE (FOR ALL CONTENT, RECCOMENDED YOU USE TRANSFER CABLE)

OR

#3DELETE AND RECOVER PROFILE (USUALLY FAILS IF NOT PROFILE ISSUE)

OR

#4 TRY WITH DIFFERENT PROFILE, SEE IF YOU CAN SIGN IN (IF SO USE #3)

OR

5# LEAVE XBOX OFF TILL NEXT DAY, SOMETIMES PROBLEMS WORK THEMSELVES OUT.

OR

#6 ALL OF THE ABOVE (IF ALL ELSE FAILS)
