    xbox live sign in error


    hello,

    My xbox one has been working fine but yesterday I tried to log on and on boot up stated please log in with a controller. I clicked my gamer profile and it goes to the white wheel loop icon then black screen. I can sit for 10 mins then I press B on the controller
    and I get:

    0x801901f4 error please try again later

    I have rebooted my internet router/modem

    I have switched off the xbox and rebooted

    I have tried to add a new account but I get the same cycle process so not able to add an account.

    Google suggests it is a MS issue and wait. There is nothing else on the MS forums related to this.

    Anyone having a similar experience?

    Is Error code 0x87DD0006 related to current problems?

    Based on the site for Error Codes, I'd say yes.

    Error 87DD0006 occurs when you try to sign in to Xbox Live on Xbox One

    You see the following error code when you try to sign in to Xbox Live on an Xbox One console:

    That's the error code for not being signed in to XBox live. Are you signed into the account that has Game Pass on it?
