Xbox Live show me on the dashboard when my xbox is off...

taidara Yes I have. Does not fix the issue & actually gives me a different problem all together, besides the point of taking away access to all my game related information.

Here's the thing. My profile gets signed in.

It's just that It doesn't sign me into Xbox Live.

I can look at the dashboard while being offline, but when I Sign it into Xbox Live which it when working normally automatically does.

Instead of the dashboard popping up it becomes essentially stuck loading the online dashboard information.

The other day when instead of just selecting the profile in the section where the selection screen is showing the avatars to select, create or download a profile to sign in.

I backed out to the offline dashboard and selected sign into Xbox Live from the big black box in the center. It signed me in & for a split second showed me the Live dashboard.

Almost as fast as it showed me the online dashboard it glitched back to the Loading bug & once again I was forced to launch an app, exit then return back home for the Live Dashboard to load correctly.

That was the first time it actually showed my the Live dashboard before going back to getting stuck in an endless grey loading screen cycling.

Back to the usb or memory unit issue I get when I take my Hard Drive off and use the USB/memory unit instead.

For some reason when I have the Kinect plugged into my Xbox it refuses to download the System update correctly & gets frozen in the middle of the update.

in order for it to download the system update successfully. I have to disconnect my Kinect completely from my Xbox console.

The same happens when I reverted the update on my Main Hard Drive.

In that sense, I was thinking the Kinect needs an update & that now brings me to the point of a possibility of this issue being Kinect software related.

As I use my Kinect rather frequently for voice control over my Xbox.

It's also a possibility that the Kinect may be at fault in my case at least.

I don't know if anyone else experiencing this issue has a Kinect so I can't say if it's directly related with it.

That actually makes me think a bit though...

Yea, when I am on the dashboard I can sign onto Xbox Live just fine. But when I go to play Madden, it keeps me off Xbox Live. Guess I can't play Xbox Live until this crap is fixed.

Something new is happening to my xbox. When i dashboard it freezes. When I turn it off and back on it is nevrr on xbox live which never ussualy happens. I can still play online but when i dashboard for any reason itnfreezes and i must turn off my xbox. There
a place a professional can look at my xbox? I think it might be the hardware..

Signing out and back in will work to get live showing active on dashboard, but when I try to play destiny it's telling me I need to connected to xbox live.

Any suggestions?

That's what has me so confused I know that I'm not gold because when I sign in n my Xbox it's self, the dash board is locked, it says connect to Xbox live, when I click connect to Xbox live it says update payment info, I click that and then close it out
and the regular connected dashboard show ump.
