Xbox live settings won’t allow multiplayer

Discus and support Xbox live settings won’t allow multiplayer in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So I have a One S. I open Minecraft to play local LAN or multiplayer game, but it says I cannot due to how my account is set up. It says to change it...     Xbox live settings won’t allow multiplayer


    So I have a One S. I open Minecraft to play local LAN or multiplayer game, but it says I cannot due to how my account is set up. It says to change it on my Privacy settings on my account. I go on my account and all the settings For Xbox one are on ALLOW,
    including “join multiplayer games”. Well just to make sure I turn the setting off and on again. I still can’t join multiplayer. Any help?

    I have Xbox Live Gold but I can't play any multiplayer feature

    It may be privacy settings go to settings - account - privacy and online safety - xbox live privacy - custom - view details & customise - communication & multiplayer - you can join multiplayer games - allow

    Multiplayer not allowed Xbox 360 problem

    Please help me, my Xbox 360 is displaying this message when I try to play multiplayer:

    Multiplayer not allowed

    Failed to join the game as one or more players are not allowed to play multiplayer games on xbox live.

    I have xbox live and my settings allow me to play multiplayer.

    Please help me.

    We appreciate you reaching out to us with this issue. Playing multiplayer games on Xbox Live requires a Gold subscription. You would need to purchase one before you would be able to continue playing online. If you were sharing Xbox Live Gold status with
    someone else on your console, this means they have revoked access.

    Thank you for that update. If you're using a console to use online services (LAN still pings off the servers), you would need to have Gold to do this.
