    Xbox Live settings aren't saving


    Hi, this is my first post in here. My problem is that I can't play online on Windows 10, I searched for it and the problem is that in my account settings I have multiplayer disabled.

    So, I enable multiplayer, click save and nothing happens. The page realoads but my changes haven't been saved.

    I would like to know whether there's another way to change my settings or if I'm doing something wrong. Thanks!

    Saving XBOX Live settings

    It is a multiplayer game. So if I get Gold, I should be able to change my settings AND play online?

    That didn't work. I tried downloading it twice. Once the process was done I went back to change my settings, I did but when I tried to play the game, I got the same message. And it was back on Custom. Is there anything else that will help with this? Do I
    need XBOX Gold or something?

    Save games on the cloud?

    If you aren't connected to the Internet and logged in with your Xbox Live account, no, your saves will not be in the cloud.

    my most recent saves for The Outer Worlds are missing for some reason

    If you aren't signed in to Xbox Live in the game, it stored save file in a Local user profile. Just needed to go to Saved Games\The Outer Worlds Windows 10 folder user profile, and then move the files from LOCAL to the profile for Xbox Live

    once you have Gold you should be fine.
