Same problem for me. It aeems whenever Xbox servers are down anything you purchased and own digtally you cannot access. It really sucks.

 

YOU ARE NOT ADDRESSING THE ISSUE THAT ALREADY DOWNLOADED DIGITAL GAMES ARE NOT LAUNCHING FOR SOME USERS. YOUR STATUS NEEDS TO BE UPDATED TO INCLUDE THAT INFO AT LEAST.

Xbox website is saying the problem is only with purchased games. I cannot play anything, digital or disk. I shouldnt have to connect to xbox server to play a game that i have on disk. Only things working on my xbox are youtube and netflix. Fix your

Yea im having the same problem. Its super annoying. Theres always something wrong with their services.

Yeah dude everyone is having this problem. It's pretty amazing how we have this issue about every month and I feel like we never get any benefit in return from xbox live for issues in their end. Everyone paying 60 a year and we get this all the time smh.

I'm having the same problems as everyone else, unable to even open already downloaded games with a message that the service is down. I recommend updating the status page to correctly reflect that games are not currently playable though.

 

How does that effect games that are already downloaded? There is nothing that I need to download as it is already downloaded to my Xbox. That does not answer anyone's questions here. If anything it just makes everything that is happening even more confusing.
Why are we being denied access to games that have already been download and need no updates and why are my apps opening up like its the first time that i have ever used them. The answer you gave us is lazy and careless considering each and every post here
is one of your PAYING customers.

 

I'll be asking for a 1 month xbox live membership code for this inconvenience as they call it but they also don't tell you in the service alert that all games are no longer able to be played. They just say you can't purchase or find your games. I also
understand on the business side that the one's that pay for updates or project push the dev's ready or not to put out unfinished or untested products cause you no money and deadline's cause anything past deadlines cost (-) money for them. Some may try and
defend xbox and say well you still got your apps that work well if I wanted to watch Netflix or youtube I got a PC and Tablet that does just the same thing. I got the xbox1 to play games 90% of the time not use their apps.

 

Completely disappointed in xbox why and this is just absurd im sure millions are affected by it your really screwing up watch how many people switch to PlayStation because of this
