Xbox Live Services Having Issues.

Well over 4 days of unable to participate in multiplayer games, party chat....etc. Unable to receive or find any support resolve on this Xbox Live issue. Currently payed for subscriptions service that is: 1. Only at best 50% operational, 2. Zero customer
support-xbox assistant is useless, 3. Microsoft working on known issue! This takes 4 days?, 4. Refund or credits - probably going to be 0% chance.

Just wanted to mention that I haven't had any trouble at all recently. I wonder if it's something related to your ISP or equipment.

No Microsoft support rep, Everything is the useless Xbox assistant Bot. Call the number and informed to use the Xbox console help / assistant. If there is customer support it is not given freely or easily.

XBF Brad A, I am glad you are not experiencing the same issue. It is obvious sarcasm is your method of providing help and understanding. Regardless a pay for service is expected to work for all subscribers. Now , if the power was out for days/weeks and
it only adds up to dollars a day how about the customer service informs you " Just be patient"!

Hello there,

Sometimes things happen and are not working correctly. Does your car run perfect every day over decades? With this service alert there are a lot that still can use parties and play multiplayer. Personally been able to be in parties all these past 4 days.
As for reimbursement you are missing roughly 0.16 cents a day if you are unable to play at all. So it hasn't even totaled $1.00. Some issues take weeks. Just be patient they are working hard to figure out the issue.
