    XBOX Live Service unstable


    Hi all,

    Since 1 month, I'm a proud owner of an XBOX One S, and I must say I've been pretty pleased about it's performance and stability.

    I've never experienced any problem, until yesterday.

    I was watching some series on Netflix with my wife, and all of the sudden, my XBOX Live profile just logged out, randomly, all by itself.

    This caused the Netflix episode to stop (logically).

    I've immediately checked the status of the XBOX services using my laptop, everything was up and running.

    I also did a network test from the XBOX, no issues found.

    Network speeds are as follows:

    Down: approx. 100 Mbps

    Up: approx. 20 Mbps

    Ping: 93 ms

    This behavior happened 4 times in a row, making it almost impossible to continue watching.

    I've searched the internet, other users have experienced the same thing in the past, but no solution has been reported (or I can't find it).

    Has anyone experienced the same thing previously, and if so, has it been solved?

    paying for live when it crashs more than psn

    Live has been unstable ever since X1 launched. Not sure what has happend to such a great service.

    Connected but apps won't open or connect???

    Hello! The services on the Xbox 360 were unstable because of a maintenance, scheduled since last week. I believe it's normalized by now.

    Hi There,

    Sorry to hear you are having connection issues. It is possible that there may have been an issue with some Xbox Live services at the time or you had an unstable connection to the server. I would recommend restarting your router and attempt connecting again.
