Xbox live service status???

Xbox live service has had an ongoing issue with one or more aspects of connection and content since Feb 1st. Are we @ M$ actually going to resolve the issue or is this the type of of quality of service we should expect? I understand that problems arise and
in massive networks resolutions take time, however we are approaching half a month here. What's the expected scope of time to resolve this?

lost fifa 15 as well big problems tonight

 

So here we are again starting march off with services down for social and gaming. Not to mention that it's been well over two weeks since I I posted the above comment expecting an answer and not a One of you at M$ can even suggest an excuse, apology or answer.
When do I get reimbursed for all the down time you've been putting me through? I've got a tenure of 10 years with you guys and have gone out of my way to report bugs and solutions for you guys so I expect an answer.

 

Neither can I. Xbox and Microsoft need to let us know when they have an issue or if they are going to do maintenance because a lot people use Xbox to connect with others.

 

Well this blows. Been a crappy day. Just wanted to chill and get my game on. Instead, I've spent the past 3 hours trying to log in. good times
