Xbox Live Service Outage(s)

Hi, I just wanted everyone to know that this isn't the first, but the second outage this month. People work hard and pay actual money for services that aren't being unconditionally provided. It's crazy how a billion dollar company has no plan for when
they're primary servers go down, so instead, the loyal customers sit and wait for an hour or so for things to get back up and running, and say nothing about it. That's craziness because this situation deserves to be complained about!

Yes, it's a service outage. I am well aware of that. But, like I could on the 360, I should still be able to access my profile/account offline which I cannot do on the Xbox One or Series X/S.
