    Xbox live service not working error


    Everytime I try to use an app i get an error saying the service isnt working and to check thee service status. This has been going on and off since december and everytime i checked all the services are up and running.. Any idea whats causing this and how
    i can sort it??

    Does this issue apears on every App or just a specific App? You could try to do a power cycle. To do that press the power button on your for 10 seconds then unplug the power cord for at least one minute and plug it back on.

    Hi Melanie

    If the power cycling of your console doesn't fix the problem you may wish to do a factory reset on the console.

    However before doing that make sure you have your email and password associated with the the account.
