Xbox live service not responding

We have ultimate but the thing is it say’s that we can use it and I have tested the connection it’s says it connects but it won’t let us play online like call of duty or anything else

Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate? Standard Game Pass does not include Gold which is what's needed to play online.

Hi guys, I know this is a bit late to respond but there was an issue which caused the Xbox Live services to go down relating to European ISP's.

You can always check the status of Xbox Live services and applications on the Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles by visiting the following link:

support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status

If there is an issue with the service the engineers will add updates to that section of the website and inform everyone of what's happening.

The ability to report and block others on Xbox Live is there for a reason. If someone sends you nasty message you can simply block them, no more messages. If they send you a message that breaks the ToS, you can report it. The reporting and blocking system is there to protect you.

Responding to hateful/aggressive messages with hateful and aggressive messages is against the Terms of Service that you agreed to abide by when you signed up for Xbox Live.

While I can see that you were potentially baited into responding, there was no need to respond. Other online services have exactly the same rules.

Yes sorry I did not respond to all of your questions. I did not try hotspotting it with my phone I do not have good enough cell service. Also, to be more specific, i can sign in to the xbox, just not to xbox live. It shows I am connected to the internet, but not xbox live. When I try to use any online features, I get a 'service not available' or 'not connected to xbox live'. Doesnt seem to matter which game or app.
