Xbox live service error message but status says it’s fine?

Yes! The xbox was not origanlly mine and i never fully reset it when i got it beacase i got it from somone i know personally but yes i just looked and i am. I never even had any idea that was a thing until your comment. So thank you!

Thanks for letting us know. You can download the insider hub and remove the console from the program if you like. On the next big update it will be taken out of the program.

I tried a hard reset and that didnt work and then i also tried the other apps i have on my console and its doing it for all of them. I unistalled and reinstalled hulu and now its working fine so im in the process of uninstalling all my apps and reinstalling
them. A pain in the butt but its working so...but thank you!

Have you tried a hard reset? Hold the power down on the console for 10 seconds or until the console turns off. If that doesn’t work try to uninstall and re-install the app.

Okay now just one question....i did what you said but i had to make an account. I removed the console from the program however its through my account and not the account of the original owner of the xbox who was the one who set it up....will that still
remove the console from the program fully or will it still be on the program through his account?
