Xbox live service Down & Customer Service is a Joke

Xbox live has been contently having issues the past week. A service we all pay good money for. Yet when you call customer support, all they have to say is were aware of the issue and were currently working to resolve the issue. Not compensation, nor compassion
just hurry up and wait.

I have been a loyal since the inception of xbox live. Never have a seen outages of this magnitude before. This past week expectantly pretty much every night has had "Limited Core Service" warning. Making it nearly impossible to play games that require online
matchmaking. Let alone team up and chat with friends. I understand things happen but this now seems to be reoccurring issue.

At this point I see little reason to keep renewing my account. Really getting feed up with all the outages!

Is there anyway to make contact with XBox live, just that I need to ask them a question but do not know how to, sorry I can not help you with your problem, only just joinned myself.

yes trying to access it on the same xbox. but purchased it on the free account. becuase thats where the wife put the ms points for rockband stuff.

 

whats funny is this almost never happened on the 360 era now its every other week still would take this over psn any day

 

I don't kow what is worse, Live being down or being told, "for some reason not working"!

 

Go offline, play single player, lord knows what would happen if the entire internet collapsed lol, pure anarchy would rule the day. Do something else, read a book, go out and socialise with real people, it's been down a few hours and people start acting
like a smoker who has run out of cigs

 

Time to buy a PS4 maybe they would like the money, every time I want to do something its down. What do they care billion dollar company and can't fix server issues joke

 

100% agree I had a PS4 account and it was never this bad. Time to go back!

 

No internet lol day of buletin board dial up again

 

Can't even Netflix and chill today because I can't even use Netflix.

"Sorry, we cannot start Netflix for some reason"

Really???

 

I think everyone should be given at least a free month for all the problems they have had this is getting really stupid
