    Xbox Live Service Alert


    I receive a Xbox Live service alert saying the following below .
    Xbox Live Status Services
    Purchase and Content UsageLimited
    Affected platforms:

    • Xbox 360
    Affected services:

    • Buying downloadable items

    Xbox members, do you own a "The Wolf Among Us" Season Pass but are being asked to pay for "Episode 2: Smoke & Mirrors?" Our team is engaged and working to have a fix out for you tomorrow.

    Can you please tell me what this mean and how can I get this fix? And are you guys still doing Xbox live rewards? And if so, how can I restore my microsoft account back to my Xbox Live rewards. Because I cannot download anything and I still seeing Xbox reward
    credits when I want to download something, but when I go to click on it it will show $1.01 USD dollars but greyed out. I do not understand this can you please help me out here? Thank you in advance.

    trouble connecting to xbox live and alerts

    Yes it said that, but it been happening for a while now. It also said it will be fix by tomorrow, but it have been two weeks now. So that cannot be the problem. And I don't own "The Wolf Among Us". I need help in restoring me back to Xbox live reward credits
    instead of using USD. But I don't know how to get it back there. What should I do? Because I thought they had drop the xbox live rewards credits but I was wrong because I check today, and everything is fine.

    It may be best for you to opt to be notified when the service alert has ended.

    If there is a service alert going on, the only way you can "fix" such a service alert is by applying for a job at Microsoft's Xbox Live department, and joining the engineers fixing the alert, as these alerts only show up if there is an issue with the Xbox
    Live service that is caused by some issue on Microsoft's end.

    If you don't work at Microsoft as a Xbox Live engineer, the only thing you can do is to wait until the engineers have fixed it for you.
