what a joke. this is terrible. if they dont give me a free year live subscription im done with this horrible service. i will go playstation. i was in the top 30 on advanced warfare and now im not even in the top 100. HORRIBLE SERVICE

I am to having problems with my xbox 360 live i did everything and no results this sucks i hate when i am playing madden or gta and get kicked when winning and it goes as a lost

If there is a service alert going on, the only way you can "fix" such a service alert is by applying for a job at Microsoft's Xbox Live department, and joining the engineers fixing the alert, as these alerts only show up if there is an issue with the Xbox
Live service that is caused by some issue on Microsoft's end.

If you don't work at Microsoft as a Xbox Live engineer, the only thing you can do is to wait until the engineers have fixed it for you.
