XBOX Live Service Alert while server status is all green

The Xbox 360 has been off for a while sitting, now I try to connect and while it shows a good connection to the internet, it also shows 'Service Alert' and says to check the service alerts website. My first thought was my router. I have factory reset it
and tried both with and without having port forwarding setup on multiple ports from researching the MS website such as 3074, 88, 53, 500, 4500, 3455 and 80. I have put on the DMZ with no change. The only time I get something different is if I change the IP
settings in the 360 to manual, then it tells me my connection is limited and that I may have trouble loading multiplayer or hearing other players or something along those lines, but still won't load any internet content. I even disabled my firewall temporarily
with no change. The 360 is on a wired connection.

I don't have any other connectivity issues in my house on a multitude of devices.

Currently, all port forwarding is disabled as well is the DMZ. UPnP is enabled and this is the only Xbox in the home. I am getting no errors, only a service alert. To repeat if I set the IP and such manually in the Xbox I will get a message saying the
connection is limited however it still will not actually work. If it is set to Automatic I get no message just the service alert, but either way, none of the internet related content will show or work.

I was referring to apps like Youtube, Netflix and so on as they all require Live access.

After doing what you said it did request to reinstall the update upon restarting. Seems like after I installed it though it just went right back to the same issue as before, Test shows internet connectivity but will not connect to Live

Thank you for providing that insight for us.

There is currently no way to identify what version of firmware or software the Xbox 360 is currently using. As soon as you Test your Xbox Live connection on your Xbox 360, you would be prompted that you need to update, and that would be the only indicator.

What we can recommend is that might want to try and
roll-back your updates on your console and then update once more.

To reinstall the latest Xbox 360 update, follow these steps:

Clear the system cache.
Roll back and then reinstall system updates. To do this:
1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
2. Go to settings and select System.
3. Select Storage.
4. Enter the following button sequence: X, LB, RB, X, LB, RB, X.
5. Select the option to roll back all system updates that are installed. The console will restart automatically and then download the updates again.
Reset your network hardware. Here's how:
1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.
2. Turn off your Xbox 360 console by pressing the power button on the front of the console.
3. Wait 5 minutes.
4. If you're using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
5. Plug in the rest of your hardware and try to connect to Xbox Live.

Its worth noting that some individuals receive a Service Alert on their Xbox 360, but it does not really impede their performance when playing multiplayer games or using other games and apps. However you state that you are having trouble displaying internet
content, where you trying to stream something using the internet browser on the console?

If you can clarify a bit on these questions and perhaps even try to use troubleshooting techs I was able to provide above, we should be able to identify the cause of the problem.
