Xbox live server down

I cannot play online call of duty advance warfare. I tested connection and says "Your network is good, but there are some Xbox service issues". Just recently bought Xbox live this isn't the problem. Started around 12:40 eastern time.

When will this be back up? Do I get credit back to my account for this being down for the 2nd day in a row?

 

I have the exactly the same problem, i thought i was the only one... at least now i know is not my console or something like that.

 

Sorry, i forgot to tell you, i discovered that if you wait in the home screen about 20 minutes, the "live service" start to work, (still sucks i know) but i discovered that´s the way that is "malfunctioning" now.

 

Cant even play offline game on XB1. As game syncs with XB1 LIVE server to sync up games saves or what not. All game are stuck at Syncing or Loading screen!
