Xbox Live server connectivity "blocked"

Hi,

I found this poroblem that doesn't allow me to play online games bought on Microsoft Store (like Sea of Thieves).

in Windows Settings -> Games -> xbox Network features, I find this:

Internet connection: Connected

Xbox Live Services: Operative

Latency: 189 ms

packet loss (I don't know the right translation in english): 1% (or sometimes 0%)

NAT Type: Moderate (or sometimes it says "Teredo can't obtain the certification")

server connectivity: Blocked

I tried several solutions showed in other topics but nothing worked:

• I tried to check if the Start Type of these services is the default one: IP Helper, Xbox Live Networking Service, Windows Network Manager, Modules of settings of key IPSec IKE e-Auth-IP. I tried also to restart these services.
  
• I tryed to select "correct" in Windows Settings -> Games -> xbox Network features
  
• I tried typing "netsh advfirewall firewall show rule 4jxr4b3r3du76ina39a98x8k2" in CMD to see if any Firewall rules are the problem (result: "no rule has been found").
  
• I tried typing "netsh int ipv6 set teredo client teredo.trex.fi" in CMD
  
• I tried to see if unecessary entries are added to the hosts file, by searching "win10.ipv6.microsoft.com" in notepad.exe c:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts (result: no entry found, so it's ok)
  

If it can be useful , I noticed that in Device Manager -> Network Adapter, there isn't any teredo adapter, but typing "netsh interface teredo show state" in CMD the result is this:
