Xbox Live Security Issue

My friend (gamertag is MOD REMOVED) has been going into online games on Call of Duty and other games and sending messages to his recent players giving them my cell phone number and telling them to call me for free Microsoft points/Xbox Live money. I have
been getting spammed with calls for the past hour. Is there anything you can do about it?
