    Xbox live secure file exchange adding and sending files


    I was asked to send a file using secure file exchange for Xbox live . It did say that it had been sent . I sent a message asking if it had been received and was it correctly formatted for viewing . I received no reply , until having to come here and
    using this site like you would placing an ad in the personals section of your local news paper , as it was the only option available . My reply came in the form of an email saying that my case had now been closed. Now you could understand the reason for not
    getting back to me when I needed to know if the file was in fact sent received and viewed was that the closing of my case would have been enough to suggest that the file was sent and viewed with the additional issue contained in the sent file was now fixed
    . Having been down this road before with the same old tactics being used to first ignore all communications and close the case before any can be established meant , no , plain and simple just no . Surely it cant be legal to supply your customers with a product
    that does not function properly and then continue not to fix it . Finding out why Microsoft or Xbox live or wont fix my issue is way over my pay grade . I have quite a few years of recorded messages including emails and video captures to sort through and
    make it as public as this forum .The fact that the problem I am experiencing had occurred once before many years ago was reported and was fixed by Microsoft after about 2 years which I also have documented makes no sense

    I was told this is how I file a complaint by one of the support staff. I was not aware of any "rules" on here. I have filed complaints but I have not blocked communications in case he sends anymore threatening emails. My account information IS secure,
    as I have NEVER given anything out over Xbox Live.

    they all work fine on the laptop and media center on the laptop. It even says adding all the files but then they just show up empty?

    It's best for the health of Xbox Live to allowed outside loading of files because this is a common injection point for custom software. I'd rather Xbox Live be a secure safe place to play games.

    I hope when you file your UA with Xbox Support that support personnel do not insist blaming you for a lack of personal security with respect to your Windows Live ID/XBOX Live account. Contact XBOX Support via phone; file a UA. Hope and wait. Sorry for
    your troubles; a lot of us have been there or are still there.. hoping and waiting.

    If your getting a message from someone saying "I hacked you" and you still have access to your account (as your still getting these messages) then clearly... you haven't been hacked... If your getting messages such as this from a person then please block
    communications with the person sending you this message and file a complaint against them to get them removed from the XBOX Live service for good.
