Xbox live says offline when im online

Hi.

Seems everyone of my friends is having the same issue. We are online and signed in but it says we are offline. We cant join eachothers games and we cant join partys either.

So far i have.

hard reset.

Deleted my account and recovered it.

Reset modems

Checked all privacy settings. (They are set to everyone)

Punched my xbox.

Nothing has worked. When will this be sorted?

We understand many users have experienced this since the service alert. Try a
Hard
power cycle on the console. It should fix itself shortly if it hasn't already.

The service alert was resolved so just restart your console and keep using the service as normally.

There was a Xbox Live service alert recently.

Please
check the Xbox Live status page if the issue is resolved.

Im trying to buy overwatch but it is saying i need xbox live gold

Hi, when you bought Overwatch it is written that it needs Xbox Live gold to play online, since it has no offline mode.
