xbox live says no connection to inernet but i got one

the problem is i can t get into the app

This happened to me too and it was a router. I bought a new router and the problem was solved.

I got the newes version and i m able to sign in microsoft account this is my problem. I reinstalled it a week before after that it doesn t work as well them 3 days ago it worked and now it isn´t working again

Recently routers have had a firm ware update that made it so you need to log into the routers page and allow the connect to have internet. I had this issue myself until i logging into the router's phone app.
