Xbox Live says Connected but Game says offline

Having an issue where Xbox Live is showing me as being connected. I can do everything except play games that require a network connection. I've tried deleting the profile and clearing the cache. No difference. I'm not counting on Xbox support to get in
contact with me considering how bad they have always been so if anyone else has a fix for this issue let me know. Thanks.

Mine says the network connection is fine but it won't let me do anything not netflix or Hulu or games I play offline it keeps saying I need to connect to Xbox live but my test network and test multiplayer say I should be able to use all service's

when i start the game it just says "you are not connect to LIVE, game will be started in offline".

Game doesn't ask any login.

It says connect to Xbox network. I press the A button and it takes me to my network settings and everything is connected and it says all systems are running. I try and load a game and it says connect to network or play offline.
