Xbox Live saved data

Hey guys. I can log into Live just fine and I've tested my connections and they are both working correctly, but when I try to start a game I can't retrieve my latest saved data and it suggests playing offline. This isn't a major issue but I'd like to fix
it.

Deleted a profile on accident

i deleted a gamer profile that never had xbox live on accident that has saved data on Borderlands 2 it says saved game unknown profile now in my storage. is there a way to recover the saved data and profile mainly the data.

^ That's not true, your files are saved locally too. If you are connected it's synced and if you uninstall a game your local save is removed until you redownload the game, at which point it will sync to servers.

Your file is on your system, and it auto syncs. Makes it seem like you are only using cloud, but really it will just update your cloud save and your local save by checking cloud.

 

Try and remove or delete your profile , then hard reset the Xbox and the modem and router...when it all comes back up , re add the profile...
