xbox live sales

Are sales on xbox live for gold members only? I know the Deal of the Week is, but what about other sales? For example, the 2K Publisher Sale currently going on.

Great sales at the moment, Borderlands 2 would be my pick out of all of them, even though I have it already.

crazy how you have to pay to play online on xbox live when u can switch to ps3 and just get online and play with ur friends without having to pay but xbox is soo better tho : /

 

PSN is so weak with protection and PSN goes down a lot.

No,i have both consoles and i am not a fanboy of either company,so i am able to give an unbiased opinion.

 

I never said that you were all I said that PSN is a unstable service. IT does work now but at Christmas and at release it was down. Xbox live was not. And not im not going to began that huge hack about 2 years ago or so on PSN. Cuz they better of up there
protection. Which I think they did. But Xbox live to far and above PSN.

That was much more than 2 years ago,and that hack was blown out of all proportion by the media,i certainly never got hacked back then.

Do you honestly think the same could never happen to xbox live?

Both services are near identical.

 

Just cuz it doesn't happen to you doesn't mean that it didn't happen. Also if you don't know that MS is a SOFTWARE INC they MAKE SOFTWARE so no they could not get a hack at the scale Sony did.

The story at the time was every sony user was hacked,i wasn`t nor was anyone i knew at the time.

I said xbox live, not microsoft.

 

To be fair, the way Microsoft's account systems are set up, your login information isn't a part of Xbox Live's servers, they belong to Microsoft's account servers. I'm sure Playstation learned its lesson with that whole fiasco. Let's not let console fanboyism
taint every thread in these forums.
