Xbox Live Ryse®: Son of Rome still haven't received the code

Signed up for xbox live because of the offer for Ryse®: Son of Rome for free but i still have not received the code.

I spoke with chat support and they said to post here with the reference number which is

No download code sent for Ryse Son of Rome

Hello,

When I signed up for xbox live in December 2015 I did so through the xbox one dashboard offer for a free copy of Ryse Son of Rome, I still havent received my redemption code through. Can you help fix this please as it was the reason I signed up at the time.

Not Received Ryse: Son of Rome Day one Reward

I have downloaded Ryse: son of Rome through Xbox Live on Xbox one and i have not Received the Day one Reward even though i Downloaded it on Day one of the Xbox One being released.

I bought the game through Xbox Live on the idea that i will still receive everything that you can buy through retail. I have got the Dead Rising: 3 Day one reward Through Xbox Live but there is no Ryse: Son of Rome reward.

Major Nelson Said that we can either buy the Day One edition from a retail store or we can buy it from Xbox Live and still receive the Day One Reward if downloaded within 2 weeks of release. UPDATED: What will be included in the Day One Editions of Forza Motorsport 5, Ryse: Son of Rome and Dead Rising 3
