Xbox Live Running Slow / Disconnecting

Hello

For some reason my xbox live is running EXTREMELY slow (cant even load my friends list) or just doesn't connect at all. However, when I go to network and run the tests, it runs fine and says that I should be able to connect to xbox live.

Now everywhere I look on the internet people are saying the same things that dont work, so this is what I've done so far, multiple times:

-Cleared caches

-Forwarded xbox port

-Re-downloaded profile

-Reset router numerous times

-Reset xbox to factory settings

-Reset wireless router to factory settings

So does anyone have any other suggestions?

It seemed to just randomly stop working, been working perfectly for months and now suddenly this. Also I am using a xbox 360 (one of the older versions) and my internet router is BtHub3.

Xbox Live Running slow

xbox is running *** lately and I hate being disconnected from Advanced Warfare when in the middle of a game and get kicked out
the game or end up spectating the rest of that game which is ***

 

How long has this been happening? did it just start today? My guess is the ISP acting up. Is your PC running slow by any chance? Also, how old is your Xbox 360? I know it's an old version, but how long have you owned it and played on it?

If it's a really old machine that's been used for years, it could be on its last legs.

 

I'm having the exact same issue. I tried another hard drive on my xbox and played on a different account and it worked fine. I think it might be a hard drive issue but I'm unsure too. I need a solution!
