Xbox LIVE rorted me!! Please help!

Hi guys,

Don't know if this is the right place to post this, so if not, could someone please point me in the right direction?

I'm playing
Six Guns on a Windows 8.1 PC and just tried to make an in-game purchase. I hadn't previously set up my Xbox LIVE payment information since I've never bought anything before. So it takes me to the Xbox Games store to set all that up, which works without
a hitch. I click 'Confirm' afterwards and my purchase seems to go through fine. But on the last step of the whole process, switching back to the game and updating its information, the game freezes and I'm forced to Alt+F4 it. I open the game back up again
and of course, my purchase has not shown up.

I know Xbox LIVE has a strict "no refunds" policy which I was warned about on the final confirmation page, but it seems utterly ludicrous that I'm not entitled to such in this case. At the very least, I deserve the in-game item that I bought!! Is there anything
that Xbox LIVE techies can do to facilitate this? If so, how would I make such a request? If not, should I complain to Gameloft, or what other options do I have here?

Do you need Xbox Live to play Minecraft?

So do you have to buy xbox live to git minecraft because i really have bad internet plus i can not git xbox live i have no $$$ so if you can help me please add a comment

I agree. It clearly states it unlocks ALL weapons. Not ALL weapons, except those attached by RANK! This is a RORT by micorsoft and an absolute RIP OFF !

good you have the mac address entered, does the hotel require PPPoe confirmation for example, if you go on your laptop does it tell you to put in a username and password ? If it does set up the username and password and under pppoe and the mac address and
you will be good to go.
