iv did this quest and still didnt recive any rewardss this why im starting to hate xbox there not of there word only some of them

Gamertag navid3000, expecting extra star.

My gamertag is I'm expecting an extra star in my rewardss rank via the new promotion for February....(spend xbox amount and have 5 stars for the rest of the year). I spend that amount of money but have not gotten the extra star. Please check for

Hello Nyu,

Thanks for the replies. On the top of game you see three lines, go there and connect to your Xbox live account. Then see if it registers that you did it. Personally just did this quest today.

Unfortunately it is a common issue. The only thing you can do right now is to contact Microsoft Rewards support.
