I have Xbox Live Rewards too but I think the $15 Rewards credit is only good if you buy the physical copy through MicrosoftStore.com...?

Xbox Live Reward credits can be deposited into your local currency after you get 1,000. You also get exclusive offers sometimes and can get thing cheaper. There are also offers that will earn you credits like pre-ordering games. more info is here: Xbox Live Rewards

Just to make clear as I know some people get confused this is a referral to buy gold. Not to sign up to xbox live rewards.

It takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after completing an offer, so it would be too soon to see credits pending. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either needs to be eligible for a specific offer on the site or
you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. If the purchase is not eligible for a current offer, but you are eligible for VIP rebates, rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So you would
see the credits pending by mid-August.

I am having the same issue. Purchased a game back in June as well as two over the past weekend and still nothing showing as either pending or credited. All are eligible content.

 

transfix - You'll want to create your own thread in order for support to check into it for you. If you can post the offers you're looking for credits from, that will also help. Keep in mind that if you're looking for VIP rebates, it is too early to see June's
rebate.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Additionally, purchases take up to 96 hours to be processed, so your purchase of Civilization Revolution on the 3rd would not be showing any Credits yet, if you were eligible for any.
