Xbox live rewards

so I signed up for Xbox rewards, I wanted to do the warframe freedom reward thing. I signed up waited a few days for it to kick in and then went and completed the five acheivments I needed to complete the offer but when I went to claim the reward I have
been unable to do so. So please help me find a solution to this. Would be much appreciated. Thank you

I have Xbox Live Rewards too but I think the $15 Rewards credit is only good if you buy the physical copy through MicrosoftStore.com...?

not shown up yet.
