My name is John Gregory, i have been a xbox live member since 2012 and i am not getting all of my xbox live rewards and i should be getting my xbox live rewards.

I have Xbox Live Rewards too but I think the $15 Rewards credit is only good if you buy the physical copy through MicrosoftStore.com...?
